Abstract

The study of criticism of visual arts in the work of Alejo Carpentier (1904-1980), José Lezama Lima (1910-1976) and Severo Sarduy (1937-1993) allows us to analyze the interartistic relationships within Cuban cultural field of the 20th century and the interest of these three Cuban writers on visual art to which they consider a productive field of experimentation and novelty related to their aesthetic enquiries.
