In a post-dictatorship context, the gay body was in a critical position, being urgent the need to rethink it. Therefore, the Argentine Homosexual Community (CHA) published the magazine Vamos a Andar between 1986 and 1992, where it established a field of strength and defense against a normative that marginalized the gay community. It is pertinent to investigate the role played by the magazine as the main source of promo tion of the CHA and to think of its covers as a shaping force that tensions how this co llective was represented in the mass media. Through the analysis of these covers, the po tentiality of the bodies that carried out this magazine and the relevance they had in the conformation of a possible horizon is explo red in depth.Downloads
