The central idea of this thesis is motivated by understanding that the main function of a museum is pedagogical. And if that is its engine, it must go out and look for whoever listens to what it has to say. That is why the central themes of the thesis are multural management, cultural heritage and museology, themes that help the study of the particular case of the Regional Historical Museum of Ayacucho (MHRA). Finally, the thesis not only performs an analysis of the MHRA, but also proposes an actual implementation project that makes the museum self-sustainable and inclusive.Downloads
