Review of Gustavo Fontán (2021). Maraña/Escritos sobre cine. Ciudad autónoma de Buenos Aires, VerPoder. 127 páginas. «A film that questions the world can only be babble», reads on the back cover of the book by Gustavo Fontán, Maraña/Escritos sobre cine (2021). A babbling that allows us to glimpse the experience of the world´s ripping, because the world appears torn, although cinema has seldom wanted to assimilate that ripping. The torn shows us a world in tension, random and incomprehensible, which manifests itself unexpectedly in a fleeting instant. How to film the experience of this ripping is what Fontán talks about in this book.References
