Abstract

At beginning of 2019 Arkadin asked Julián D´Angiolillo, a versatile artist with a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Dramaturgy degree, for an interview. He has the virtue to move easily between different artistic disciplines searching for actual and complex topics such as social recognition of collective groups of people and individuals, how these people exprese themselves in the urban layout and the notions of territoriality and public space. His works include shortfilms such as Condominio, Suite Matanzas y Autosocorro (2009) and documentary films Hacerme Feriante (2010) and Cuerpo de Letra (2015). On occasion of the launch of his film Cuerpo de Letra (2015) we interviewed him and here is the conversation.
