The plaster calculations belong to the collection of the Museum Area, Exhibitions andConservation of the Heritage of the Faculty of Fine Arts (FBA) of the National Universityof La Plata (UNLP) are heritage pieces of great importance. From this collection, twocalculations make up our case study. These are copies of some mercies, a part thatmakes up the silhouettes of the choirs of the cathedrals. From the understanding of thecontent of the metal plates embedded in the pieces, an investigation can be made withthe intention of being able to make new contributions to the knowledge of the pieces and,thus, increase the recognition of their heritage value.Downloads

The cession of non-exclusive rights means that after the publication (post print) in Arte e Investigación the authors can publish their work in any language, means and format; in such cases it must be mentioned that the material was originally published in this magazine. Such cession also means the authorization of the authors for the work to be collected by SEDICI, the institutional archive of the National University of La Plata, and to be spread in the databases that the editorial team considers appropriate to increase the visibility of the publication and its authors.
