This research looks into the proposals concerning curricular and organizational changes for Specialized Art High Schools of the Argentine Education System, with the aim of showing if they lead to a change of paradigm of Art Education, based on the concepts of inclusion and art as knowledge. Such proposals are questioned at the levels of national, jurisdictional and institutional decision and in their relations. They are considered to be the perceptions of the change proposals and the characteristics of participation of teachers and students in the institutions, paying attention to the reproductive tendencies and the capacity to improve them. This project focuses on Music and Visual Arts, given their history and presence in the level. We selected bibliographical material and regulations that made it possible to design tools for the data collection in existing and new institutions, where traditional projects can be seen or superior projects are promoted.Downloads

Such cession also means the authorization of the authors for the work to be collected by SEDICI, the institutional archive of the National University of La Plata, and to be spread in the databases that the editorial team considers appropriate to increase the visibility of the publication and its authors.
Moreover, the magazine encourages the authors to deposit their productions in other institutional and thematic archives under the principle that offering the society the scientific and academic production without any restrictions contributes to a greater exchange of the global knowledge.
