Abstract

In this work, we explore cultural heritage communication in museums and cultural organizations, especially in the context of strategic communication. Additionally, the paper provides reasons for institutional changes caused by changes in the conditions of production of works of art and how images are circulated in today’s art world and mass media. The document concludes by stressing the need to reexamine alternatives from an ethical perspective, of values and articulation points of technological and conceptual content.
