This article aims at analyzing the audiovisual production Vergel (Niklison, 2017. It poses an aesthetic approach at erotic desire and sex through metaphor, departing from the hegemonic narrative canons. The film shapes a desiring woman and a mode of representation with a feminist perspective destabilizing the prototype of the male gaze. The direction of photography, the color and the space-time construction are key in this film.References
