Entrepreneurial Industrial Design at the FdA-UNLP

This article derives from doctoral research that analyzes how entrepreneurial indus trial designers (FdA-UNLP) experien ce self-organized work as a space that integrates the design of their own lives. Through a multiple case study situated in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Buenos Aires province (2009-2019), the cultural and discursive dimensions of their initiati ves were examined. A shift in their discur sive culture is revealed, where reflective practice explores design identities aimed at achieving design sovereignty. Thus, self-management transcends the merely occupational to merge with the subjective biography of the designer-entrepreneur.References
