The experience of the Programa de memorias políticas feministas y sexogenéricas of the Centro de Documentación e Investigación de la Cultura de Izquierdas (CeDInCI) in the appraisal of archival fonds and collections related to LGTB+ and feminist activisms has allowed the stimulation of a subtle work of recovery of memories of various neglected actors in the hegemonic narratives. The history of the consolidation of the program that is presented in this essay has raised questions about who keeps these archives and how this is carried out. In this essay we review some theoretical, methodological and material tensions concomitant to these collections that transcend the very purpose of the program, to promote more sensitive and plural archive policies.References
